SPF: TXT record of your domain

DMARC: TXT record at _dmarc.your-domain

Method and limits

Paste the TXT record of the domain (the one that starts with v=spf1) and the TXT record at _dmarc.your-domain. Copy them from your DNS provider's panel or from a lookup you ran yourself; this tool never queries DNS.
Only the pasted text is read. Nested include and redirect records are not followed, so the lookup count is a minimum: the real count can only be higher. DKIM is not covered, because its selector and key are not part of these two records.
A record that reads correctly does not prove that mail is protected. The tool cannot tell whether every legitimate sender is listed, whether the records are published at the right name or whether receivers apply them. Start a new DMARC policy at p=none and read the reports before tightening it.
